Physical Activity & Exercise

Being active can help improve your mood, energy level and overall health. We offer assessments and can help you find ways to get more physical activity in your daily routine.

Mental Health

Taking care of your mental and emotional health is essential for your well-being. Whether you're a faculty or staff member struggling with an issue, a student concerned about a friend's well-being, or want to report an incident, we're here to help all the members of our university community.

Sexual Health

We provide a safe, judgment-free space for conversations about sex and relationships and provide information that can help you make informed decisions about your sexual health.

Suicide Prevention Training & Information

Most individuals who attempt suicide communicate signs of their intentions in the week prior to their attempt. Learn how to recognize the signs.

Stress Relief Activities

Many students face above average stress at one time or another during their time on campus. We can help you identify your stressors and find techniques that work for you to decrease stress.
