During open enrollment from October 1 – 31, benefit eligible employees may change their insurance coverage to be effective January 1, 2024. Explore your benefits on the Public Employee Benefits Authority (PEBA) Open Enrollment website or USC’s Benefits website. You will discover details on insurance options for 2024 and changes you can make during this open enrollment period.  Any changes made during this time will be effective January 1, 2024.
