Revised: August, 2014
Approximately one month before the end of each semester, students will receive email and Blackboard notifications to complete Instructor/Course Evaluations. Every course or ensemble with an enrollment of five students or more must be evaluated. All levels taught by a single professor are considered to be one course (e.g. 101, 111, 211, 311, 411, 501, 511, 711, 811).
UTS scores the evaluations and pdf reports are sent from the School of Music Student Services (Margee Zeigler) to the faculty members, with copies to the Dean's Office.
Faculty should strongly encourage students to complete these evaluations:
- Include in course syllabi
- Remind student of the importance of these evaluations
- Meet as a class in the MTC to complete evaluations
