University personnel policies and procedures have been established through the legal authority of the Board of Trustees are set forth in the University Faculty Manual.  The publication contains the constitution, by-laws of the Faculty Senate, and guidelines, procedures concerning faculty committees, as well as information about academic matters, personnel policies, business procedures, student affairs and faculty relationships, and other University-wide services.
