When faculty retire, and if an agreement is reached for them to continue to teach, the School of Music will, as long as the retired faculty member is actively teaching, provide the faculty member access to shared office space with room for storage of office materials specifically relevant to current teaching.
At such time that the teaching ends, the School of Music will provide continued access to shared office space for one additional year -- all teaching materials must be removed at the time the faculty member ceases to actively teach for the university.
