Key Request Form

Certain keys are available for student checkout for School of Music practice rooms, GA offices, Band rooms, etc.  Students should submit the key request form to request a key.  Once approved, a confirmation email with instructions for key pickup will be sent.  Students should be prepared to present their Student ID when picking approved keys.
