For critical issues, please contact the front desk and ask them to radio IT for immediate assistance. A critical issue is:

  • Classrooms not functioning properly
  • Job Interview Setup and Use (Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc...)
  • Network Access or Performance
  • Telephony Issues


Off Campus Access

Issues with Self Service, VIP, Blackboard, Email, etc., contact University Technology Services (UTS) at the Columbia Campus.  UTS can reset passwords, walk you through multi-factor authentication problems and many other common website connectivity issues.
