For non-critical issues (not preventing a class from being held), please submit a ticket to SUMTER-ITSupport@mailbox.sc.edu.
For critical issues, please contact the front desk and ask them to radio IT for immediate assistance. A critical issue is:
- Classrooms not functioning properly
- Job Interview Setup and Use (Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc...)
- Network Access or Performance
- Telephony Issues
Off Campus Access
Issues with Self Service, VIP, Blackboard, Email, etc., contact University Technology Services (UTS) at the Columbia Campus. UTS can reset passwords, walk you through multi-factor authentication problems and many other common website connectivity issues.
