Senior Associate Registrar (Campus Registrar), Band 6, USC Sumter. The Campus Registrar is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Office of Student Records and Registration and must independently and confidentially assist faculty, staff, students, and the general public in all functions of the office. This position also manages and supervises functions of records and registration and interprets, disseminates, records audit control flow and data entry of students' records. The Registrar also provides assistance and support to the campus’ Student Advising office. The position requires excellent written, oral, and computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Supervisory experience and familiarity with Ellucian Banner desired. Experience in developing and/or implementing Student Leadership programs a plus. Minimum requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. Master’s degree preferred. Salary: $46,896.

Facilities Maintenance Manager II (Facilities Supervisor), Band 7, USC Sumter. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. Directs and manages the physical plant and land areas for USC Sumter, including eight permanent buildings (240,000 sq. ft.) and 50 acres of land. Reports to the Interim Assistant Dean for Business and Administrative Management of USC Sumter. Professional experience directly related to the area of employment includes a working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; ability to read blueprints; a thorough knowledge of custodial maintenance including cleaning materials, methods and equipment; a thorough knowledge of grounds keeping including lawn, shrubbery, tree care, and irrigation control; knowledge of safety and security. Must be able to perform minor repairs to all equipment. Must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willing to obtain a CDL license within six months of employment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and the general public is required. Minimum Salary: $56,744.
