In Nixville, the small community I have adopted as my home, neighbors treat one another as family.  We were devastated by an EF-4 tornado just over a year ago, yet I experienced a surge in faith in my fellow man during that experience.  Neighbors helped  neighbors without anything in return.  I love my community and am proud to call it home.  One of my priorities is for our citizens to not have to drive an hour or more for a high-paying job.  I am also passionate about educating people about the importance of diversity.  A diverse team is a stronger team.
