I want to be a great leader. The more I know, the more I grow and the more people I can empower. Being charged with leading other towards a goal and reaching that goal as a team, is an amazing feeling that you never forget. By learning as much as I can about leadership, I am putting myself in a position to help others fulfill their missions, whether it’s individually or as a team.  I am passionate about making sure every child, despite their zip code, race or socio-economic status, has the support & resources needed to be successful in life, no matter what they may look like.  It makes my heart smile to see them flourish and grow.
