I'm extremely passionate about leadership and professional/personal development. I accept the huge responsibility that comes along with leadership. I understand that every experience in my life was preparing me for this.  I view leadership as a service and I developed a servant attitude. I constantly work to develop and push past any limiting beliefs, realizing that it is important to gain a better understanding of what you have to offer. I consistently set professional and personal goals that push me so I never get comfortable. I'm motivated by growth and inspiring others to reach their goals.
