I am a problem solver. I like to see how others solve problems. Leaders are proactive and have plans in place for any potential situation. To grow as a leader, I need to see other's ideas of what to expect and how to prepare.  The diversity of participants will allow us to explore various thinking strategies and how to support others who may think differently.  A wise person once said that it is not important for one to know everything but know who to ask. The networks established in this program will provide me with those whom I can ask.
