The USC School of Medicine Instrumentation Resource Facility (IRF) and SC INBRE will host a Research Symposium Wednesday, June 14 to Friday, June 16, 2017, on the School of Medicine VA campus. The symposium will feature several talks by faculty using IRF equipment in their research, posters, and two keynote presentations by Dr. Jay Jerome of Vanderbilt University and Dr. Teng-Leong Chew of the HHMI Janelia Farms Research Campus. There will also be several workshops on equipment and software in the IRF.
The symposium features poster presentation opportunities for faculty, postdocs, graduate and undergraduate students. All presenters will receive a $500 voucher for use of equipment and services in the IRF and the best poster presentation will receive an additional $500 voucher. The registration deadline for poster presenters is Wednesday, June 7.
