The University of South Carolina (USC) seeks an innovative, collaborative, and
externally engaged leader to serve as Dean of the Darla Moore School of
Business and provide strategic vision and exemplary leadership at a moment of
significant momentum.
The Dean will join the senior leadership team of the university, the state’s flagship institution. USC is recognized by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education as a R1 “Very High Research Activity” institution and a Community Engaged university. The University is home to nearly 60,000 students, 2,664 faculty, 5,571 staff, and offers more than 350 academic programs, including 60 that are nationally ranked across 16 colleges and schools. The University attracted $274 million in sponsored awards in fiscal year 2026 through research funding at USC across areas ranging from instruction and academics to public service.
