What is “functional training?” Join our personal training staff as we cover what creates
an effective functional training program.
Feb. 15: Sports Performance Training
Our personal training staff will host a workout based on speed, power, agility, and

Learn how to effectively increase your “pushing” strength as our personal trainers
put you through a strength-based push day workout.
March 1: Improving your Squat-Strength Training
Get the basics needed to increase your squat while sweating through a strength-based
lower body workout.
March 8: Improving your Deadlift-Strength Training
Increasing your deadlift without greatly increasing your risk of injury is difficult.
Get ready to focus on safety and technique principles throughout the lower-body emphasized
March 22: Upper Body Hypertrophy
The goal of hypertrophy training is to gain size and strength. Join our personal training
staff as we put you through a high volume strength workout and discuss training techniques
March 29: Lower Body Hypertrophy
During part two, our trainers will get you working your lower body to fatigue while
highlighting exercises to help grow your legs.
April 5: HIIT Training
High intensity interval training is based on manipulating work and rest intervals.
Get ready to sweat during this interval-based full-body workout.
April 12: Active Recovery/Injury Prevention
Foam rollers, massage sticks, and mobility training will be the focus during this
recovery workout. Be ready to learn that ‘recovery’ doesn't necessarily mean you will
not be sweating throughout this circuit-based workout.
April 19: Total Workout
We’ll take a little from each workshop to deliver the ultimate full-body workout.
Don’t forget your towel and water bottle because you’ll be begging for breaks during
this intense workout.
April 26: Finals Stress Relief Workout
Get ready for finals with this challenging and fun full-body workout that will be
sure to leave you with a smile and ready for finals!
