Personal Training Program Updates
There will be no in-person personal training through the end of the Spring 2020 Semester.
Online Personal Training
Our NEW Online Personal Training gives you all the benefits of an in-person trainer without the stress of trying to find a time to meet with them during your busy schedule. With this package, you will receive a flexible, online program that is specific to you. All you need to do is fill out a comprehensive questionnaire about your goals, gym/equipment accessibility, and workout preferences, and one of our nationally certified personal trainers will create an individualized program for you wherever you workout!
- 1 month (4 weeks) of individualized workouts
- 1 in-person body composition review to track monthly progress (See body composition analysis section for walk-in times)
- Access to our private library of workout descriptions and video demonstrations
- Consistent support, advice, and workout adjustments from a personal trainer via a shared workout log and weekly communication
All communication is online so that you can get in touch with your trainer as soon as possible, without the hassle of having to wait until your next training session.
