New Clients
If you are a new client or curious about learning more about personal training, please
fill out this Inquiry Form and a personal trainer will reach out to you to set up a consultation. Where you
will receive an assessment which is an important tool in designing an individualized
program that is safe and effective for you!
Note: a new client is defined as anyone who has not completed a personal training
session with USC Fitness.
If you are a returning client, you can purchase a new session package below. If it
has been more than 6 months since your last personal training session, you will be
required to purchase a Fitness Assessment before continuing training to ensure safe
and effective programming.
