Small Group Training

Led by our certified personal trainers, small group training combines the specialized knowledge and attention of personal training in a fun and supportive group environment.

What to Expect

 In a Small Group Training session, you will receive:

  •  A pre-programmed workout you can take with you
  • Instruction from one of our certified personal trainers, in groups of 3-8 people

Reservations Required

Participants are required to make reservations for all Small Group Training sessions through  Please see below for steps on how to create your IMLeagues account and register for USC Campus Recreation Small Group Training sessions.

  1. Click “Create Account” on
  2. Fill out all information and click “Sign-Up”.  Remember you must use your USC email address.
  3. Go to your email and activate your account with the email they send you.
  1. Log-in to your account on
  2. Click on the “Fitness” tab at the top of your USC home page.
  3. For Small Group Training sessions
    1. Select the class that you would like to reserve for that day, or search future classes by date or format.
    2. Click “Sign-up” and submit all required information.
  4. Click “Sign-up” and submit all required information.
  5. You have now completed your reservation, look for a confirmation email with details.
