UofSC International Student Helps to Recruit More Students from Her Home Country

Vii, a junior, Hospitality Management major from China has loved her experience at UofSC so much, she spent her summer helping to recruit more students to study at the University of South Carolina. She was chosen to be a Student Ambassador for Shorelight, and international education company that helps connect students all over the world with American univeristies. Vii was able to work in her home country and help Shorelight staff to reach their recruitment goals.

Vii was able to lead presentations in-person and digitally, discuss students’ and parents’ questions and concerns directly, promote UofSC’s key selling points and reach out to leads via social media.
