SC Summer Dance Conservatory
The SC Summer Dance Conservatory is a three-week ballet and contemporary intensive for dancers age 11 and older.
Our educational programs are designed to provide our students with a strong ballet foundation. We also strive to instill a sense of personal accomplishment through a rigorous commitment to excellence, and foster a love and appreciation for the art of dance. All classes are held in the program's dance studios on Sumter Street.
Instructors carefully guide dancers through each exercise, lesson and level so they
learn correct technique from the start. Our small class sizes are guided by assistants,
often USC dance majors, so conservatory dancers receive very personalized attention
and hands-on instruction.
