Senior Faculty: The Propel Research Mentorship Program is seeking mentors
The Propel Research Mentorship Program is recruiting tenured senior faculty members with a record of receiving funding through the NSF or NIH to serve as mentors for junior faculty researchers throughout the 2022-2023 academic year. Mentors for the first Propel class reported enriching experiences working with junior faculty to help them sharpen their grant proposal planning and writing skills, and networking with Propel participants throughout the year. We encourage all interested senior faculty to continue this new tradition of research mentorship by applying to become Propel 2022-2023 mentors.
Propel mentor applications are due by Monday, August 22. The application package consists of a letter of intent/cover letter, CV or NSF/NIH biosketch and the past three years of completed/current/pending support documentation. Read more and apply now to serve as a Propel mentor.
