The Office of the Vice President for Research is pleased to open the nomination period for the 2022 Breakthrough research awards. Nominations for all three of our signature Breakthrough awards are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021.

Nomination guidelines, and a submission guide for the USCeRA-based nomination system, are available for each of the three Breakthrough awards at the following links:

Breakthrough Leadership in Research Awards
Breakthrough Stars
Breakthrough Graduate Scholars

Nominations for all three awards are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021. All award recipients will be announced early in the spring semester and honored at a special recognition event later in the spring.
