    Patrick Harris

    Patrick is an Assistant Professor of English whose scholarship explores how race is performed in Shakespeare, early modern drama, and contemporary adaptations. His work reflects a deep commitment to understanding diverse student populations and fostering inclusive perspectives through literature, performance, and critical race studies.

    Avril Lail

    Avril is the Director of Field Education in the College of Social Work, bringing more than 20 years of experience supporting children and youth across diverse settings. Her work reflects a strong commitment to student success and hands-on learning, preparing future social workers to effectively engage and support diverse populations through field education.

    Anthony is a library manager who supports student learning through instruction, research assistance, and campus engagement initiatives.He joined the program to better serve his University 101 students—and joked he didn’t realize he had already completed the certificate since he regularly attends every workshop and event—reflecting his strong commitment to understanding and supporting diverse student populations.

    Caleb is an Instructor and Academic Advisor in the Arnold School of Public Health, where he teaches practicum courses and supports undergraduate students in Exercise Science and Public Health. His work reflects a strong commitment to student success and inclusive advising, with a focus on equity, access, and helping diverse student populations navigate and thrive throughout their college experience.
