As assistant director of the Carolina Experience, Kimberly oversees the Carolina Experience Peer Leader program and the daily operations of population specific programs. This includes transfer student support, as well as the sophomore, junior and senior year experiences.

Amber Fallucca is the director of Carolina Experience. She leads the vision and establishment of key initiatives aligning with the departmental mission focused on student success. In conjunction with a highly collaborative team, she establishes key relationships across student affairs and academic support, academic affairs and university offices to provide a responsive and coordinated effort through a student-centered approach.

Brett Frye is the Student Experience Program Coordinator of Carolina Experience. Brett previously was a Special Education teacher for a number of years and then moved to the State Department of Education. He has experience with emotional and behavioral support and crisis management prevention. As a former graduate of USC, Brett decided to come back to work directly supporting students in their needs on campus.

Alexandra Lord serves as the Technologies Platform Manager of Carolina Experience. In this role, Alexandra leads campus efforts to support student success technologies platforms and their users to enhance overall student experience and retention throughout the collegiate lifecycle. In this role, she serves as the primary contact for stakeholders for training, features enhancements, reporting, etc. that will drive results in student success. As a double alumna of USC, Alexandra is passionate about supporting students and campus partners in making the most out of their time here at Carolina.
