How to use Blackboard Collaborate online:
- Quick 2-min. videos on all the options/how-tos available: how to set a room up, sharing documents, virtual office hours, etc. (either regular or Ultra view):https://help.blackboard.com/Collaborate
- Good short (< 30 min) video tutorial on the whole process of setup and basic functions from Concordia University: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pB1CbVqDemY (note that some of the presenter’s icons and button locations shown may be slightly different than ours, but they are all still available (I checked), and also that email addresses for help support are CU only)
- If you are having problems with BB Collaborate opening in Chrome, you will need to clear the browser cookies and then make sure the following cookies are added (from experience and BB tech support helping me with this very issue): us.bbcollab.com, bb.com, blackboard.com
