USC Sumter Esports Team Wins Championship

The University of South Carolina Sumter is excited to announce their Esports team recently won the National Junior College Athletic Association Esports (NJCAAE) Rocket League Fall Championship.

Students Win Honors at International Business Conference

The University of South Carolina Sumter is proud to announce several students won awards at the 75th Annual Society for Advancement of Management (SAM) International Business Conference. Due to social distancing because of Covid-19, this year's conference competitions took place virtually through Zoom. The USC Sumter team included Cody Cottrell, William Donaldson, Jazmyne Jacobs, Joseph Savarese, and Cameron Sims. The team was mentored by Dr. Santosh Nandi, USC Sumter Assistant Professor of Management.

Dr. Ray McManus Wins Jasper Literary Award

The University of South Carolina Sumter is pleased to announce English Professor Dr. Ray McManus was recently named the 2019 Artist of the Year in Literary Arts by the Jasper Project.
