Taylor Armstrong

Taylor Armstrong serves as a Study Abroad Advisor in the office, meeting one-on-one with interested students and supporting them through the study abroad process from application to re-entry. Taylor liaises with our UK, Ireland, Caribbean, Latin American, and Scandinavian partner universities abroad along with the College of Engineering and Computing, College of Social Work, and College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management at UofSC.

Sam Crook

Sam Crook

Sam Crook works with incoming exchange students who are spending a semester or academic year at UofSC. He coordinates and communicates with exchange university partners and students through the application, admission, and enrollment process. He also manages arrival, move-in, and orientation for our international exchange students.

Olivia Darr

Olivia Darr provides support to students through the application process for outgoing exchange, third-party, and faculty led programs. In addition to helping students, she supports the office staff by maintaining the flow of information and scheduling advising appointments. Olivia serves as the first point of contact for most students while assisting them with any general questions they have throughout the application process.

Chrissie Faupel

Chrissie Faupel

Chrissie Faupel provides leadership to the study abroad advising team and guides the overall advising strategy for the office. She liaises with the College of Education, College of Information and Communications, and Darla Moore School of Business, providing a link between these departments and the Study Abroad Office. She also organizes the annual Advisor's conference on Study Abroad, held every year during the spring semester.

Magdalena Grudzinski-Hall

Magdalena Grudzinski-Hall, Ph.D.

Dr. Grudzinski-Hall provides leadership for the Study Abroad Office at the University of South Carolina, Columbia campus. Her responsibilities include supervising a professional and graduate staff of 13 people; fostering a vibrant community of international learning by working directly with faculty and staff to promote and support academic study abroad experiences; and overseeing the pedagogical components of UofSC approved programs and evaluating new proposals for consideration.

Allison Kretschmar

Allison Kretschmar works with students one-on-one to research study abroad programs and opportunities. She manages our pre-departure process to help ensure that students have pertinent information prior to their experience abroad. She also liases with our College of Arts and Sciences and Opportunity Scholars program, providing a link between these departments and the Study Abroad Office.

Rachel Mills

Rachel Mills

Rachel Mills is our Study Abroad Enrollment Coordinator. She coordinates application approvals, verifies completion of required documentation, and enrolls all participating students, staff, and faculty in overseas insurance.

Morgan Morris-Inabinet

Morgan Morris Inabinet

Morgan Morris Inabinet is responsible for risk assessment, emergency management, and regulatory compliance for UofSC’s international activities. In her role, she designs protocols and policies to support students, staff, and faculty traveling abroad for study, research, and other university-related purposes.

Anuja Parikh

Anuja Parikh helps students fulfill their study abroad goals through one-on-one advising. She liaises with the College of Music, Public Health, Nursing, and the Honors College. In addition, she oversees an exchange portfolio with locations in Spain, Australia, and Vietnam. She supports USC applicants for the Gilman and Freeman-ASIA scholarships, which provide assistance to high-financial need students. Her passion in international education is increasing access through diversity and inclusion programming.

Jenna Rees-White

Jenna Rees-White

Jenna Rees-White supports faculty-led international programming in the Study Abroad Office. She also oversees the creation of international agreements within Study Abroad. Additionally, Jenna manages the UofSC Consortium in Greece program, which had its inaugural term Maymester 2019. She also advises students who are interested in studying abroad.

Nadia A. Tucker

Nadia Tucker is the Marketing and Recruitment Manager for the Office of Study Abroad. She will be sharing our education abroad story and the value of our programs through various forms of media and outreach. She is also repsonsible for managing our Rotating Partner Office, which is a resource that we provide for our global partners and faculty.
