Morgan Morris Inabinet

Morgan Morris Inabinet is responsible for risk assessment, emergency management, and regulatory compliance for UofSC’s international activities. In her role, she designs protocols and policies to support students, staff, and faculty traveling abroad for study, research, and other university-related purposes. She also monitors global events that may impact UofSC's international operations.
Prior to entering the field of international education, Morgan worked in international law enforcement within the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC. As an undergraduate, she spent a summer studying Mandarin in Suzhou, China; a semester completing coursework focused on the European Union in France, Germany, and Belgium; and a semester completing an internship at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Morgan holds leadership positions in the OSAC Women in Security Group and Pulse, a national network of international health, safety, and security professionals in higher education. She is also an active member of the NAFSA Education Abroad Regulatory Practice Committee and the OSAC Academic Working Group.
In her spare time, Morgan enjoys hiking, baking, taking day trips around the Carolinas, and planning her dream hypothetical vacations with her husband in a very detailed and color-coded spreadsheet.
