Student Disability Resource Center

Registered Students

Once registered with the Student Disability Resource Center, students do not need to re-register each semester. However, an update may be requested in circumstances where a student's disability or condition changes due to medication, diagnoses, treatment, etc. Here you will find information related to your registration and some helpful tools.

  • It is recommended to submit the request for financial aid at the beginning of the semester.
  • If you are taking a reduced course load of less than 12 hours, you will be required to pay additional fees such as health, athletics or other non-academic fees as appropriate in order to participate in these activities. The Bursar's Office provides additional details about these optional fees.
  • Log in to the Student AIM Portal to submit a reduced course load request.

  1. You will need: Book title, book edition, publisher, publish date, ISBN number and proof of purchase.
  2. Sign into your SDRC AIM account using the same credentials as for Blackboard.
  3. If you have not requested accommodations for the current semester, please submit those requests first.

Purpose of form: Used when there is not a wheelchair accessible desk available in a classroom.

Our Commitment to You

We do nothing about you, without you.
Any action regarding access to services, seeking special assistance or providing reasonable accommodation must be initiated by you.

We speak with you, not about you.
All communication in any matter related to you flows through you.

No one speaks for you, or acts for you, but you.
We look to you to express your needs, provide us with information that will help us assist you, and keep in contact with us.

Federal Law and university policies require this. But most importantly, our desire to provide you with the best service in this time of transition requires this.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
