Carolina Clemson Blood Battle

One of the largest blood drives in the country is held annually the week before the Carolina-Clemson football game. USC competes with Clemson in collecting blood for local hospitals and life-saving procedures. During the 2022 Blood Battle, USC collected 2,298 pints of blood. Along with Clemson, a total of 5,567 pints of blood were collected over the week. The drive comes at the start of the holiday season when blood donations typically decrease. The Carolina-Clemson Blood Drive Committee is the second-largest student-run organization on USC's campus.

The Blood Battle is upon us! Check out the schedule below for the American Red Cross (ARC) and Blood Connections (BC) donation sites that will be throughout the USC campus! More information about the drive will be posted to Instagram @uscblooddrive daily. All presenting donors will receive a free T-shirt, a chance to win prizes, a wristband for local discounts, and free food. Identification is required to donate.
