Russell House Positions
The Building Attendant will set up meeting rooms, ballroom and outdoor space with
the necessary chairs, tables, audio/visual aids and other equipment, according to
the requests submitted to the Reservations Office. Evening and weekend work is required,
and applicant must be a full-time student in good academic standing.

Event Services Student Assistants act as the front line for the Russell House administration area (Suite 218), providing desk coverage, answering phone calls and directing calls to members of the suite and building. You will also provide general office support, like filing and copying, as well as giving support directly to the Event Services Coordinator.
Duties include management of the Event Management System (EMS) software, booking and
confirming reservation requests, managing space, planning and executing signature
events (such as Study Union and Carolina Welcome) and event planning for the university
community.

The Information Center Attendant provides information about events, activities and
services throughout the university community. In addition, you will operate the following
services: lost and found, printing, faxing and ticket sales. Evening and weekend work
is required, and applicant must be a full-time student in good academic standing.
