Bio:

Dr. Flink is an Associate Professor and the Master of Public Administration Program Director. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2014 and a B.S. in Mathematics from University of the Incarnate Word in 2009. Professor Flink’s research interests are in public budgeting and finance, public management, and public policy process. She has published in journals such as the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Policy Studies Journal, and Public Administration. She teaches courses in public budgeting and finance, the policy process, and quantitative methods.
