Biography:
I am a first year MA student in English and American Literature, and I'm specifically
interested in Irish literature, ecofeminism, and portrayals of women in film. I'm
originally from Atlanta, and I attended Emory University, where I played volleyball
and worked on the Letters of Samuel Beckett project. After graduating from Emory,
I taught English and world history for two years at the high school and middle school
levels and worked for a local nonprofit through AmeriCorps. Outside of work and school,
I spend most of my time watching movies, exercising, reading, painting, hanging out
with my dog, and drinking coffee.
