Biography:
I am a second year PhD student in the Department of English at the University of South
Carolina- Columbia. My research interests center around late 20th/21st C. American
literature and culture, as well as postcolonial African literature. My works tend
to explore issues relating to form, affect, sincerity, capital, canon, and authorship.
Outside of literary studies, I am also interested in researching the sustainability
of the contemporary American university.
