Faculty & Staff Awards, Honors, and Scholarships
The University of South Carolina's Palmetto College recognize Faculty and Staff for outstanding scholarship, outstanding service, and outstanding teaching. Palmetto College offers the John J. Duffy Teaching Award, the Chris P. Plyler Excellence in Service Award, and the Denise R. Shaw Excellence in Scholarship Award to recognize outstanding faculty at the Lancaster, Salkehatchie, Sumter and Union campuses.
Students Awards, Honors, and Scholarship
Each year, we honor our outstanding student leaders for their achievements in leadership and Academic Excellence. The Palmetto College also offers a variety of scholarships. The Palmetto College Scholarship Committee is responsible for selecting recipients. In addition, each campus as well as USC Fort Jackson have other scholarships available to students.
