Research and Teaching Interests
Amanda's area of research is behavior change and motivation. She is passionate about learning why people do what they shouldn't and don't do what they should. Her main area of research is motivation of health behaviors and how to make and break habits. She also loves statistics, especially when they're applied to understand how motivation, feelings, and behavior change over time.
