Research and Teaching Interests

Dr. Anyaso-Samuel's research focuses on developing statistical and computational methods for high-dimensional biomedical data, with applications in cancer epidemiology and precision health. His primary interests include integrative multi-omics analysis, microbiome research, graphical and network models, spatial and genomic data analysis, cluster-correlated data, and time-to-event methods.
