Biography

Blair A. Minick studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography and a minor in Metals and Jewelry. She continued her education at North Georgia College and State University and received her Master of Arts in Teaching.  Blair grew up always knowing that she wanted to be in art education.  This led her to her career as an art teacher, where she taught for seven years on the K-12 level.  Some of her teaching courses included: photography, metals, jewelry, visual arts, graphic design, and AP and IB Art.  

Currently, Blair is an Instructor of Art Education ongoing 6 years and is the Supervisor of Student Teaching within Art Education.  Blair enjoys traveling has traveled with students all over the world.  She continues to travel to enhance her cultural awareness.
