Coronavirus: Get complete details about the university's response to COVID-19.
Like the fields of film and media more generally, the Film and Media Studies Program is led by an interdisciplinary approach to the study of media. Its faculty represent a range of departments and schools across the university including Anthropology, Art, English, History, Languages, Literatures and Cultures, and Theatre and Dance.
Our core faculty teach regularly within the program and actively administer its curriculum and initiatives. Each core faculty member’s primary research is directly engaged with one or more aspects of the discipline of film and media studies.
