Retaliation for filing an interpersonal violence report is prohibited.

It is a violation of USC policy and Title IX to retaliate against or intimidate a person who has, in good faith, asserted their rights under Title IX to file a report, testify, assist or participate in any manner in the investigation or resolution of a report.
