Training NameGAL & CASA Training: Drug Testing CPS Clients and Working with Incarcerated Parents
Training DescriptionThis training, offered exclusively for current guardians and attorneys with the Cass Elias McCarter Guardian ad Litem Program and Richland County CASA, will provide updates on the DSS drug testing policy with their new provider, Premier Biotech. Secondly, Brie Rust, a Family Court Indigent Defense Contract Attorney, will provide tips on how to work with incarcerated parents, from suggestions on setting up visits to monitoring progress on treatment plans. We recommend you log in by 9:50 am to ensure attendance is recorded and deal with any technical difficulties you might experience.
