USC Lancaster will be operating on a two hour delay schedule, following county government, Tuesday December 11th, 2018. Campus offices will open at 10:30 AM. The exam scheduled at 8 AM will be on Friday December 14th at 8 AM. The remainder of the morning, afternoon and evening, including exams at 11:00, 2:30 and 5:30 are as scheduled unless conditions dictate otherwise. Please discuss any potential schedule conflicts with your individual professors.

Summer Programs and Camps

Our summer programs and camps are designed to keep your kids engaged, even when they aren't in school. 

Swimming Lessons

Each summer several sessions of swim lessons are taught by American Red Cross Certified CPR-PR Lifeguard Staff at the Gregory Family YMCA.


Arts and Sciences Camp

This camp for rising sixth through ninth graders also includes a physical education component.


Upward Bound Summer Component

During this six week summer experience, students also have an opportunity to enroll in a college level course during summer school sessions. They may also enjoy field trips, live performances, on-campus activities, college visits, workshops on a variety of topics such as personal development and academic survival skills, English, foreign language, math, and science classes, and tutoring held one-on-one and/or in small groups.

Opportunity Scholars Early Start

This summer bridge pre-college entrance program is designed to help recent high school graduates make a smooth transition from high school to college.
