As the Manager for Peer Writing and Communications, Ashley helps to advise Peer Writing Tutors in their role. Her responsibilities include supervising the Peer Writing Tutors, facilitating training and professional development opportunities, and assisting in new peer leader training.

As a Graduate Assistant for Supplemental Instruction, Gabriella supports the SI program through tracking payroll data, assisting with staff meetings, co-facilitating SI leader development, and overseeing the completion of SI leader observations.

Sergio Echeverry-Ruiz

As the Graduate Assistant for Gamecock Gateway, Sergio co-supervises and trains peer consultants to best assist all Gateway students. His responsibilities include conducting bi-weekly staff meetings, professional development opportunities, managing regular communication with students through newsletters, and assisting with academic and social program planning.

As a Graduate Assistant for Supplemental Instruction, Caroline helps to support SI leaders to excel in their role. Her responsibilities include assisting in scheduling and logistics for all SI leaders, co-facilitating development opportunities and training, and tracking attendance data.

As the Peer Consultant Manager, Tharangi supports, manages and provides leadership for a team of Peer Consultants who conduct outreach to populations of students and promote positive academic/financial decision making and skill development via Success Consultations and Money Management Consultations.

As the Assistant Director for Course Specific Support, Chris provides leadership and facilitation of all areas of course specific support programs to promote student learning, retention, and degree completion. He oversees the Supplemental Instruction, Peer Tutoring, and Peer Writing and Communications programs.

As the Early Alert Case Manager, Rebecca is responsible for supporting the needs of academically at-risk students in need of intervention. I work with faculty and staff to refer students to the SSC for academic support at any time during the semester.

As the Manager for Supplemental Instruction (SI), Alexandra oversees the daily operations of the SI program. Alexandra is responsible for the scheduling and staffing for all SI sessions, and creates ongoing training and professional development opportunities for their student staff. Alexandra plays a pivotal role in creating our Finals Review Session schedule.

As the Assistant Director for Access & Intervention, Morgan provides leadership for a variety of programs and initiatives designed to enhance students transition to and within the university. She oversees the Gamecock Gateway, Money Management, Peer Consultant, and emergency loan programs as well as the First Things First retreat and the Progress Report Initiative.

As the Director of the Student Success Center, Dana leads a collaborative team in planning and executing programs which support student academic success, persistence, and graduation from the university. She works closely with academic colleges and offices in assessing their needs for program assistance and responding as appropriate by offering student success programs.
