Background

Christian started in this position in August of 2023. He has a background in conduct boards and behavioral misconduct. Additionally, Christian teaches University 101 at the University of South Carolina. 

In addition to his work in the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity, Christian is earning his Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina. Prior to his time at USC, Christian earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and American Studies at William Peace University, where he researched the role of women in the American Revolution and their impact on American politics. He is a member of the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) and the American College Personal Association (ACPA). Christian also serves as the 2023-24 Presidential Intern for the ASCA Board of Directors.  

Christian’s favorite tenant of the Carolinian Creed is “I will discourage bigotry, while striving to learn from differences in people, ideas, and opinions.”
