Virtual Conferences and Hearings
Students who are reported for Code of Conduct or Honor Code concerns will have a meeting
to discuss the alleged violation in person unless requested to be virtual or if the
meeting is to occur during a break such as the Summer semesters or Winter Break.
If you would like your meeting to be virtual please request by contacting the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity.
You will receive notification of your appointment and directions via your university
email and will be asked to engage in a virtual meeting through Microsoft Teams.
Virtual Meeting Instructions
- You will utilize the same credentials to access Microsoft Teams as you would use for
your university email.
- We suggest that you download the Microsoft Teams application as that provides for
the best virtual connection.
- When it is your appointment time you will receive a call from your administrator or
be prompted to join the video conference.
- You can choose to use the video feature or engage in the conference with audio only.
