BPARK - Park & Ride (formerly BullStreet District)
A Park & Ride permit (BPARK) will be available for the academic year for commuting students, faculty and staff only. Permit holders will only be able to park in the S35 - CLA North lot. During the fall and spring semesters, shuttles dedicated to that lot leave every 20 minutes and drop off on Pendleton St. on either end of the Horseshoe from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday only. The BPARK Park & Ride permit does not allow permit holders to park in any other lots More information here
General Parking
The university distributes several types of general parking permits to students including Resident Undergraduate Students (S), Graduate Students (GS) and Commuting Undergraduate Students (CS) .
Depending on your permit designation, you are restricted to specific parking areas around campus.
Resident Undergraduate Permits (S)
- Park in Student (S) and Any Decal (AD) lots
Graduate Student Permits (GS)
- Park in Grad Student (GS), Student (S) and Any Decal (AD) lots
Commuting Undergraduate Students (CS)
- Park in Any Decal (AD) lots
* Overnight parking is not allowed in certain AD lots. Please see all parking areas for details on each parking area.
Event Parking in the Arena District
The Carolina Coliseum and Colonial Life Arena lots (GS4, AD16,N2,FS4 and FS11) are occasionally used for event parking. During such events, students, faculty, and staff with a valid USC parking permit for these designated lots will still be permitted to park.
Additional Permit Options
Garages
Garage permits are available to students, faculty or staff members on a first-come,
first-served basis. Garage permit holders may park in their designated garage or
any AD (Any Decal) lot. Details on each garage can be found here.
Greek Village
Greek Village permits are available to students who live in the Greek Village and
can verify their residence through the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
GV permit holders may park in the Greek Village lot, Devine West lot and the Any Decal
(AD) lots; however there is no overnight parking allowed in certain AD lots. Pease
see all parking areas for details on each parking area.
Accessible Parking
In order to park in authorized ADA accessible spaces on campus, students and employees with state-issued ADA placards are required to register with USC Parking & Transportation Services. Read more about accessible parking.
Motorcycle and Mopeds
Any motorcycle or moped parked on campus must be parked in a designated motorcycle/moped space, with the required MC permit properly displayed. MC permits are available in the Parking Services office. Motorcycle and mopeds are NOT allowed in automobile spaces, metered spaces, bicycle racks, or inside any building.
Bicycles (free registration)
Any bicycle parked on campus must be registered. Read more about bicycle registration.
Temporary Surface Lot Permits
Temporary surface lot permits are available based on your status. Temporary permits must be purchased in the Parking office.
