Parking citations are issued to vehicles that violate the USC Parking Rules and Regulations. These rules help keep our parking areas safe, accessible, and organized for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

All rules and regulations are subject to enforcement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including break periods and holidays.
