Special Events

Whether your department is hosting a special event or you're a Facilities project manager scheduling  a contractor, you'll need to submit a request for parking at least one week in advance. All rules and regulations are subject to enforcement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including break periods and holidays.

Current Rates - Effective July 1, 2026

Daily Pass: $15.00 per pass per day
Reserved Space: $20.00 per space per day
Guard: $20.00 per hour, 4- hour minimum
Set-up Fee: $50.00 per event

Processing Requests

Every effort will be made to accommodate special event parking requests, however, some requests may be denied due to limited availability of parking. 

Rates change based on the area you are reserving. Your department is required to furnish billing information in order to process the request. If outside security is necessary, an additional fee will be added.
