Project Facilitation Improvement practitioners from the Office of Organizational Excellence facilitate major process improvement projects and resource optimization projects. We guide teams from start to finish, keeping them on track and moving forward toward project goals.

Operational Strategy The Office of Organizational Excellence provides guidance to help organizations make complex strategic decisions and streamline operations. We facilitate decision-making that involves multiple units, and we help them establish clear priorities and develop informed action plans.

Knowledge and Skill Building For faculty and staff who want to bring improvement to their units, we offer the hands-on Improvement Foundations Workshop and the annual Improvement Leader Program. Also available – to everyone at any time – is our big collection of ready-to-use tips, tools, and templates.
