Programs for Staying Well

Eating Well

Build healthy, mindful eating habits by participating in our programs, or get one-on-one support through our dietitian consultations and counseling services.

Emotional Health

Taking time for your emotional health and to practice self-care is one of the most important things you can do to relieve stress and look after your overall health and well-being.

Health Screenings

Regular screenings can help catch medical problems early and prevent disease. We offer walk-in appointments for students and free worksite screenings for faculty and staff.

Interpersonal Violence Prevention

Harassment, sexual assault and interpersonal violence are never tolerated at the University of South Carolina. We work to prevent these incidents and offer support to survivors.

Physical Activity and Exercise

Being active can help improve your mood, energy level and overall health. We offer assessments and can help you find ways to get more physical activity in your daily routine.

Remote Health and Wellness Resources

Students, faculty and staff that are working and studying remotely can take part in these health and wellness programs.

Sexual Health

We provide a safe, judgement-free space for conversations about sex and relationships, and offer help for you to make informed decisions about your sexual health.

Stress Management

Many students face above average stress at one time or another during their time on campus. We can help you identify your stressors and find techniques that work for you to decrease stress.

Tobacco Cessation & Treatment

You can quit smoking with the right preparation and support. We offer smoking cessation programs and options for a healthier, tobacco-free campus.
