What are the assessments?

They are confidential, web-based surveys designed to determine how certain factors influence your relationship with substances like alcohol and cannabis. You will be asked some questions about your personal habits, spending patterns, family history and lifestyle, and then you will receive an easy-to-read report explaining your substance use patterns based on a number of variables.

Your STIR coach will go over the report with you, offer feedback based on the results and help you set goals for future behavior.
